Black Jack also called twenty one is one of the most popular games gambled on on casino tables. The card game is played with one, two, four, six, and 8 decks of cards. A croupier holds and deals out the cards in single and two deck games, more than two deck games are normally dealt out of a tray like box, referred to as a "shoe."
