Blackjack is a game that somehow reminds me of a wild ride. It is a game that starts off slowly, but gradually picks up the pace. As you build up your bankroll, you feel like you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom falls.
Blackjack is so akin to a wild ride the similarities are ghastly. As is the case with the popular fair experience, your black jack game will peak and things will appear as though they are going well for a time before it bottoms out yet again. Of course you have to be a black jack player who’s able to readjust to the ups and downs of the game given that the game of black jack is packed full with them.
If you like the small coaster, a coaster that can’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the crazy ride is with a fatter bet, then hop aboard for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The big spender will love the view from the monster wild ride because they are not thinking on the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s an amazing feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you don’t, you will not find it easy to recollect how much you enjoyed life while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride … your head in the clouds. As you are remembering "what ifs", you won’t recall how "high up" you went but you will recollect that disappointing fall as clear as day.
