I have wagered on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. You certainly won’t get flush with this method or beat the casino, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 60 minutes using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you see playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 table.

Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 wager
Wager $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80
Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
