I have wagered on countless of rounds of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the house.
I still like the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or beat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this method! And a couple of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Bet 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $20 bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Wager $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result will not be the same.
