Blackjack is a game that somehow reminds me of a rollercoaster. It is a game that starts slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you ramp up your bankroll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops.
black jack is so incredibly like a roller coaster the similarities are frightening. As is the case with the popular amusement experience, your black jack game will peak and things will appear to be going great for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. You must be a player that will be able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game simply because the game of black jack is awash with them.
If you like the mini coaster, one that won’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the crazy ride is with a much bigger bet, then jump aboard for the roller coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster wild ride because he or she is not thinking about the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you don’t, you might not naturally remember how much you enjoyed everything while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride … your head in the stratosphere. As you are reminiscing on "what ifs", you won’t recount how "high up" you went but you will clearly recount that disappointing drop as clear as day.
