black jack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a rollercoaster. It is a game that starts slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you grow your profit, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom collapses.
Blackjack is so akin to a crazy ride the similarities are unreal. As with the popular fair ground experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will seem as though they are going well for awhile before it bottoms out yet again. Of course you have to be a gambler that’s able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game mainly because the game of blackjack is choked full with them.
If you like the little coaster, a coaster that does not go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the coaster ride is with a larger bet, then hop aboard for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The big money player will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he or she is not thinking on the drop as they rush hastily to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s an amazing feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to toss and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you do not, you might not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed the view while your cash was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, an awesome ride and your head in the stratosphere. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t remember how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that devastating fall as clear as day.
